Comfort Care Kits

HospiScript's Comfort Care Kits are symptom management kits sent directly to the patient's home. They may be ordered for each patient upon admission or on a patient-specific, "as-needed" basis. When critical medications aren't readily available, these kits can provide comfort for the patient and family–while reducing emergency medication demands, delivery needs and unnecessary costs.
