HospiScript Services and its staff members recognize the importance of giving back to the community. All employees are encouraged to participate in the many volunteer programs and activities sponsored by HospiScript.

Trot for Tots 3K and 10K Run/Walk
In a continued effort to give back, HospiScript employees from the Ohio branch recently participated in "Trot for Tots" 3K and 10K Run/Walk. This fundraiser event was held to benefit the Children's Hospice in Columbus, Ohio.

HospiScript Volunteer Program
Good news! The company is expanding its volunteer program with the local hospice. Last year eight HS employees took the plunge and began a volunteer program on their own time to help local hospice patients. Their contributions included everything from helping out with chores, to delivering meals, to companionship visits. The program has been so successful that it is about to be doubled in size to 16 employees by the end of April. This program serves as a reminder to all of our employees that the people we ultimately serve are the patients.

Operation Peter Cottontail
HospiScript employees are always looking for ways to help the people we ultimately serve, the patients. During Easter, HospiScript employees are being called into action by Peter Cottontail to help out patients with a local hospice. Teams of HS employees will be putting together baskets for local patients with necessities and a few extra goodies to help celebrate the holiday. Assisting patients is one of the most rewarding parts of being a HospiScript employee and everyone appreciates the opportunity to make a difference.
