Dispensing Pharmacist: The Dispensing Pharmacist will provide organizational leadership and management of pharmacy dispensing operations at HospiScript Services. This position requires a licensed pharmacist with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic. Areas of responsibility will increase significantly as pharmacy operations grow. This position reports the Pharmacist in Charge.
Qualifications:
- Alabama Pharmacist's License or a BS Pharmacy degree and two years of clinical experience or acceptable board certification, or completion of an accredited clinical residency program, and a demonstrated ability to achieve positive patient outcomes in a similar environment.
- Hospice pharmacy experience preferred
- Experience with compounding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of computer software, particularly pharmacy system software and Microsoft applications
- Strong drive; Results oriented
- Good organization and problem solving skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Impeccable professional ethics and standards
- Ability to adapt to change
